It looks easy, but you can feel every muscle in your body working. Slow, soft, gentle moves mean it's easy to do without causing any injuries.

I have only been using this "Chair Tai Chi" app for a few days, but so far it's a good exercise routine for the end of my day before bed...I will re-write my review around thirty nightly uses of this app.

I had to adapt several exercises due to back and shoulder surgeries, but the workout was plenty for me as I'm trying to get back in shape. I love the graceful movements.
